The room price above does not include the cooking ingredients, but we do offer pre-prepared ingredients accompanied by English recipes at a cost of 350 NTD per person.

- Minimum 3.5 hours usage on a 50 ㎡ space includes kitchen and dinning room.
- A fully equipped kitchen; ready for baking or authentic international dishes quests.
- Dishwasher usage and natural washing detergents “Theasaponin” are all included. Easy-to-use and easy-to-clean environment.
- Reservation could be made before the size of the group being confirmed.
- After paying the deposit, customers will receive a set of code for the later deduction on the final cost.
- Full refund of the deposit on cancellation made 7 days before the booking.
- 50% refund of the deposit on cancellation made 3 days before the booking.
- The deposit would be charged on cancellation made within 2 days before the booking.
- Please take care of the space and all the equipped gears. A full compensation would be charged to the damages. The compensation of each item could be found on the list of properties.
- Extra cleaning quest, such as quest to clean up vomit, would be charged 1500 NT per case. Please make responsible choice concerning sensible drinking.
- The booking could be delayed or cancelled on full refund if the event date is affected by natural disasters. You would receive calls from KOOK Living team for the confirmation.
- Please use the prepared food ingredients and spices with care.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Full parental responsibility on family with children.
- Gaming materials such as table games, black board and chuckles are free to enjoy.
- 6 sets of children tablewares are included.
- The space currently do not equip high chairs, but the low chairs and table in「mini living room」are suitable for children’s activities.
